Have one person head the team. He would be responsible for managing the copywriters as well as coordinating the efforts of other online marketing staff. He is the one person who will know the entire strategy and will direct your marketing staff according to it.

Make a plan and create goals: If you don’t have specific, measurable goals in place, the team is like a headless chicken. You need to give it direction by setting time bound goals. Once your goals are in place, you will have to create a definite plan of action to meet those goals.

Marketing Plan: Create a marketing plan which the copywriter will then be required to follow. This is most useful to the copywriter as well because he now knows what he should be writing about.

Avoid asking the copywriter for any marketing input. It is not their job and they are not equipped for it. Follow this system instead, and you will have fantastic results for your blog.
